To always say yes to our customers' demands certainly may seem to be utopian, but we always try to do this as everything has been organised to satisfy you.

• We do not have a telephone platform and you will be able to speak to one specific person who is an expert.
• The products which are proposed are available and are carefully managed both in terms of their conservation and their handling.
• Specific requests (rare wines, full collections... ) are dealt with personally.
• The bottles are systematically covered with a stretch wrapping when they are sent, to protect their labels (apart from original wooden cases.)
• The bottles which are sent are those that you have seen on our site !
